Dr. Kendall graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Genetics & Cell Biology, and was selected Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Minnesota. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and then completed OB/GYN residency at the Michigan State University program in Grand Rapids. Most of his training took place at Butterworth Hospital, ranked among the best hospitals for gynecologic care in the U.S. during his time there. He had extensive surgical training and experience with a focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques, including vaginal surgery and da Vinci robotic surgery. After residency, Dr. Kendall practiced as an OB/GYN with the Mayo Clinic Health System for over 4 years. There, he further honed his surgical skills, and enjoyed the opportunity to help foster the next generation of OB/GYNs by participating in teaching of the Mayo resident physicians. In his medical practice, he quickly earned the reputation among his colleagues as the surgeon to see for patients to have their surgeries performed in a minimally invasive fashion. As a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Kendall has cherished the privilege to deliver many of his patients during his career, but feels he can best serve his patients by devoting his practice to providing excellence in compassionate and comprehensive gynecologic care. He is excited to relocate to Greensboro, North Carolina, as he is enamored by the natural beauty of the area and the friendly people that evoke feelings of being in his native home state, albeit with a milder climate and proximity to mountains and the ocean as he enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, camping, fishing, and boating. As an avid basketball player and fan, the NC sports culture and tradition have also helped Dr. Kendall to feel quite at home. His other interests include automobiles, aviation, classical music, cultural events, and traveling.
